We create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where our clients, regardless of their age, gender, sexual orientation, spiritual beliefs, or cultural background receive high quality counseling.
New clients who are interested in starting therapy should call us at (978) 237-5900 and press 2 for intake. Your call will be returned by one of our clinicians who will consult with you and gather your identifying and insurance information. Our aim is to match you only with a clinician who has the proper skills and experience, is available to meet with you, and who is likely to connect with you on a personal level. If we determine that we do not have what you need, we will inform you promptly by email or phone so as not to delay your search. Whenever possible, we try to suggest other paths to take.
Insurance and rates
We accept many insurance plans but ask you to check your specific plan to see if an individual clinician is listed as an "in-network provider." Some of the plans that we accept are:
- Blue Cross and Blue Shield
- Beacon, Fallon
- Optum, UnitedHealthCare, UnitedBehavioralHealth
- Harvard Pilgrim
If you would like to use your insurance, we recommend contacting the member services number on your insurance card and asking about your mental health benefits. Be sure to ask about the deductible, the copayment, and any limitation on the number of sessions.
Our out-of-pocket rates and policies vary by therapist. Copayments are due at the time of each appointment unless other arrangements are made.
